We were connected to Jessica Dolan via Zillow and it turned out to be the perfect match for us. We signed up for a digital tour of a house near her office and ended up working with her husband, Anthony, for a facetime tour that day. He was so generous with his time and showed us the house we wanted to see, plus then toured us through the nearby town to get a feel for the area. (now prior CA residents) We decided to move our trip up sooner to be able to see the house in person. Right before our trip it went off the market :(, then "THE" house popped up hours later that we added to the list of houses we wanted to see. We visited NH for the weekend, never had been before, we met Jessica on a Sat at an open house in Bow, saw a few others houses in the area. We visited our favorite house again the next day. She helped up craft the perfect offer (in the airport hotel) in cooperation with our selling agent in CA. We got the call the next morning! The house was ours! She handled everything for us since we were in CA and made sure it was ready for us to move in. Communication and updates were on point and timely. All signing was simple and digital. Honestly Jessica is so awesome! We even showed up wearing almost the same outfit lol and hit it off right away. It very quickly felt like a friend looking out for our best interest.
